This should’ve came out 2 months ago, but it didn’t, but better late than never. 10 years of doing this podcast, like dang. It’s the ususal fare that we’ll treat this as our holiday/general discussion episode with a minor review thrown in. So here we go.

(59:00 – 2:34:16) A “no craps given” Review of Kiss Meets the Phantom of the Park / Christmas talk blabbling: I think Jonn and Dustin spend about a total of 10 minutes talking about this forgotten Kiss movie, which gets wrangled in with Limited Run Games drama. Then this goes into how our Christmas went with Jonn talking about Lupin the Third films, David Lynch filmogrophy, our thoughts on book-to-movie adaptations, fansub/anime licensing talk, and much more. Dustin goes on to say how his Christmas was filled with busted pipes and overtime because Hell froze over and came to South Carolina during Christmas, along with seeing NC State lose yet ANOTHER bowl game, and seeing a dead body in ATL on New Years Eve. This also includes talk on Dustin report from the Gator Bowl, how Aggie fans are proud of cutting off Longhorn horns, Power Rangers talk, Jonn internet problems and the Texan way of handling them, Dragonball Z games and much more.
(1:00:40 – 2:07:54) The RightStuf Anime Funtime Closing Remarks – There isn’t really a proper closing remarks this time seeing how so much has happened in the month of Janurary, but this is time for Jonn and Dustin to mention their thoughts on titles like G Gundam, Aura Battler Dunbine and Rurouni Kenshin. AoY Podcast #12 – Turn A Gundam Review (Gundam Month Pt 3 – Week Four)
Also known as: “The South shall get Colony Drop’d AGAIN!!”
For this week in our Gundam Month, we are taken back to a time where mobile suits and bi-planes cannot co-exist, and that is in the universe of all Gundam universes, Turn A Gundam. Myself and my co-hosts saw (or should I say CHEATED into watching) the compilation movies, which did not do this series justice for us. But, with the help of Jeff from the Daily Anime Podcast as our guest host, he was able to shed some light on some of the issues between the series and the movies. And, like usual fashion, there are Spoilers to this show, but we just discussed the stuff that mattered (ie, what we couldn’t make sense of).
We also spend a moment going off topic to talk about Gundam: The Origin, people on the internet, Charlton Heston movies and general anime/Mysterious Girlfriend X talk. I also wanna mention, Gundam Breaker Beta is out on the Japanese PSN, which is the soul successor game (maybe?) to Gunpla Builders. Plus, screw the NCAA tournament, because NC State got knocked out the first round.
